A very easy recipe for cheesecake that is not baked. The cream cheese is mixed with peanut butter.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 package cream cheese, 225 grams
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 340 grams whipped cream
  • 2 Marie biscuits, to pay
  • 20 tablespoons chocolate syrup, for milk
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

In an electric mixer , mix the icing sugar, peanut butter, and cream cheese.
Add the condensed milk and continue whisking.
Add the whipping cream and beat for 2-3 more minutes.
Divide the mixture between the two bases to pay and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving.
When serving cut and decorate with chocolate syrup.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with chocolate and peanuts járábe.

TIPS

To make the base for the pay just grind 20 cookies and 7 tablespoons of butter. Place the dough in a pie dish and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.

Está muy fácil de hacer, estoy esperando a que este listo, me da miedo que no sea suficiente la refrigeración y que sea congelado porque n otiene grenetina o algo que le de firmeza en el reftigerador, por eso está en el congelador, veré como queda y dare la verdadera calificación cuando este listo.
