Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cups whipping cream
  • 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, in pieces
  • 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • whipped creams, to decorate
  • chocolates, grated to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 325º F (160 centigrade) Put milk, cream, chocolate and vanilla in a saucepan and boil, stirring with a wooden spoon, remove from heat. Apart stir the egg, yolks and sugar until a smooth mixture and add a little of the chocolate mixture beating well so that it does not go to make balls and moving constantly. Incorporate this mixture and incorporate it into the chocolate and stir. Strain if necessary and remove foam if you have.
Put this mixture in 6 molds ramekin and put them on a refractory to which we put water up to 1 1/2 cm from the edge of the molds. Bake to be firm for 30 minutes. Remove them from the water and cool. Once cold decorate with a little star of whipped cream and grated chocolate.
