Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade and position the rack in the upper third of the oven.
Toast the pine nuts in a baking dish for 4-5 minutes (be careful not to burn).
In a deep bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, orange zest, salt, cinnamon and pine nuts.
In another deep bowl, mix the oil and the egg. I incorporated with the container of the mixture of flour and mix with the hands until obtaining a mass.
In another deep bowl place 1/4 cup of sugar. Take the dough and with a spoon separate a spoonful of dough. With your hands, make a small ball and pass it through the sugar, place it on a tray to bake previously greased cookies. Repeat with the whole mass.
Bake for 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before removing from the tray.
