Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • artificial food coloring, of different colors
  • ramekins, in the form of calaverita
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • artificial food coloring, pied

Preparation

Stir the sugar together with the water until it hardens.
Knead until it is not spoiled, if it breaks down add a little water.
Fill the skullcap molds.
Let the mixture dry inside the molds.
When the mixture is dry remove the skulls.
Stir the egg white with the icing sugar, divide the mixture into several dullas and add dye of the color of your preference.
Decorate the skulls.

duda En este momento estoy haciendo justamente las calaveras, una cosa puse la cantidad de azúcar y agua y quedo líquida la mezcla, supongo yo debe quedar como una masa? otra cosa debo solo mezclar o batir? si era batir deberían especificar no que yo ya use 2 kg de azúcar y quedó mas o menos la masa...haber si me salen, igual me paso con los merengues que no especificaron que azúcar usar y yo use normal en vez de glass y no quedaron, en fin casi siempre me fallan sus cantidades en las recetas que hago de ustedes.

mmmmmm delicioso hay que hacer lo tipico, para el día de muertos y eso es las calaberitas.
