Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 bag beef fillet
  • 2 sticks bittersweet chocolate
  • waxed papers

Preparation

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie.
Prepare two baking trays with waxed paper.
Dip the pretzels in the chocolate one by one. You can submerge them completely or only half. Place them in the trays and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes.

PRESENTATION

You can make pretzel sachets with chocolate and close them with a ribbon that matches the colors of the party.

TIPS

You can use white chocolate for weddings or baby showers.
