Ingredients

60 portions
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cups brown sugar
  • 120 pretzels
  • 1 bag bittersweet chocolate chip
  • waxed papers

Preparation

Combine the peanut butter and add the butter in a large bowl. Add the sugars until everything is very well mixed. The mixture should be able to make small balls if it does not add more sugar.
Use a teaspoon to measure the balls and put one between two pretzels creating a sandwich. Place each sandwich in a tray and put them in the freezer for half an hour.
Add the chocolate chips in the microwave and at intervals of 30 seconds put them in, stir them and put them back until the chocolate is completely melted.
Put the waxed paper in the tray. Remove the pretzels from the freezer and put half of the pretzel sandwich in the chocolate chips and arrange them on the tray.
Put them back in the freezer until the chocolate hardens.
