Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1/2 tablespoons Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 150 grams Great Value® wheat flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups chantilly cream
  • 150 grams bitter chocolate
  • 1/4 cups pistachio, finely chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the water and add butter, salt and sugar. Cook until the butter melts.
Add the flour and beat integrates. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and is lifted off the pot.
Beat the dough in a blender until it cools and add the eggs one by one, continuing to beat. There should be a semiliquid mass.
Place the dough in a sleeve with smooth duya and shape the profiteroles on a tray with waxed paper or silicone mat. Hore around 20 minutes or until brown. Chill
Cut the profiteroles in half and fill with whipped cream.
Cover the lids with melted chocolate and decorate with pistachios. Deca dry and enjoy.
