Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of Butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Refined sugar Great Value®
  • 150 grams of Great Value® wheat flour
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1 1/2 cups of chantilly cream
  • 150 grams of dark chocolate
  • 1/4 of Cup of pistachio finely chopped, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the water and add butter, salt and sugar. Cook until the butter melts.
    Add the flour and beat integrates. Cook on low heat for 5 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and is lifted off the pot.
    Beat the dough in a blender until it cools and add the eggs one by one, continuing to beat. There should be a semiliquid mass.
    Place the dough in a sleeve with smooth duya and shape the profiteroles on a tray with waxed paper or silicone mat. Hore around 20 minutes or until brown. Chill
    Cut the profiteroles in half and fill with whipped cream.
