Ingredients

6 portions
  • 60 milliliters Water
  • 150 grams piloncillo
  • 1/2 teaspoons anise
  • 1/2 cinnamon sticks
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 125 grams butter, cut into cubes, cold
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups milk

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
In a saucepan over medium heat cook the water with the piloncillo, the anise, the cinnamon slice until you get a caramel. Let cool and reserve.
In a bowl, hover flour with sugar and baking powder. Add the butter and work with your fingers until you get a point of sand.
Add the egg and the honey of piloncillo, knead until it has a homogeneous mass. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
On a floured surface spread the dough to a thickness of 3mm, with the help of a cutter in the form of a little pig and placed in a tray, varnished with milk.
Bake for 15 min, let cool and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

It is important to refrigerate the dough before cutting it due to the large amount of butter, in this way the dough will be firmer.

Muy mala, no está muy bien explicada, el piloncillo se enfría y queda chicloso y la masa espantosa no se puede ni hornear, tuve que tirar todo, en algún lugar le falta agua

Esta mal la receta, en los ingredientes mencionan baking soda que es bicarbonato y en el procedimiento, dicen baking powder que es polvo para hornear. El resultado de la masa es muy denso y seco, se quiebra, le hace falta líquido pero no lo pide en la receta, el grosor debería de ser mayor ya que salieron como galletas en lugar de puerquitos, no recomiendo hacer esta receta.
