This recipe is a delicious puff pastry dessert with fruits. It is exquisite and ideal for the whole family, but especially adults, they will love it. Combine it with coffee or tea.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 sheet puff pastry, rectangular
  • 1/2 liters custard cream
  • 1 egg, to pluck the puff pastry
  • to taste frozen strawberry
  • to taste banana
  • to taste Kiwi, green and yellow
  • to taste grape
  • to taste berry
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 glass rose water
  • 1 on jelly, neutral

Preparation

Put the puff pastry in front of you and then fold up one centimeter on each side of the puff pastry. Press with the fingers all the edge so that it sticks well.
Put the oven to heat to 200 C. Then crack the egg and beat it. With a brush, paint the whole edge of the puff with egg.
Then with a fork click the whole center, then put the puff pastry in the oven. Leave it there for 20 or 25 minutes at 200 C until it is well browned.
Prepare the pastry cream and let it cool before placing it on the puff pastry.
When the puff pastry and the pastry cream are cold put the custard on the puff pastry.
Now is the time to put the fruit above the cake. Choose the fruit you prefer and spread over the pastry cream.
Then prepare the cake shine and brush it over the entire cake, except the edges.
Carefully cover the cake and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours until the cover grasps consistency.
