  • 2 1/4 cups of pumpkin puree
  • 3 1/4 cups of flour
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  • 1/4 of Cup of powder sugar for bitumen
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla for bitumen

    Preparation

    For the cake, beat the eggs with the sugar for 8 minutes until they change color, add the pumpkin puree.
    Add the powders little by little, the ginger, the nutmeg, the cinnamon and whisk until incorporated.
