Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 Castilla pumpkin, big
  • 1 orange
  • 50 grams anise, star
  • 2 cups raw sugar
  • 4 rods cinnamon, big
  • 5 piloncillos, big

Preparation

In a large, thick pot with a lid put the pumpkin in pieces add the orange with peel in 4 parts the piloncillo cinnamon, anise, cinnamon bars, sugar and the cup of water to cook over medium heat with a lid.
