Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups Water
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup piloncillo
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 3 cups Castilla pumpkin, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup guava, cut into chunks

Preparation

Add the water and the orange juice to a pot and boil for 5 minutes, add the brown sugar, the sugar, and the cinnamon and cook for 15 minutes, or until it reduces slightly.
Add the pumpkin and guava and cook for 45 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with the syrup and enjoy.

TIPS

To give it a special touch you can add orange zest. It will be delicious.

Es un dulce exquisito, pero no es necesario agregar azúcar. Con el piloncillo basta y sobra
