Quinoa with Strawberry Yoghurt and Frozen Fruits

Refresh your mornings with this delicious recipe of quinoa mixed with a delicious strawberry yoghurt, refreshing berries and frozen mango. An explosion of flavors in your mouth in just a few minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup of quinoa rinsed
  • 2 cups of Water
  • 4 pieces of Strawberry Yoghurt Oikos® 150 gc / u
  • 1 Cup of red fruit frozen
  • 1/2 Cup of mango in cubes and frozen
  • 4 teaspoons of grated coconut
  • 4 pieces of basil leaf to decorate

    Preparation

    In a small pot with lid, cook the quinoa with the water on low heat for 20 minutes. Chill
    Mix the quinoa with the Oikos® Strawberry Yoghurt. Pour into cups.
    Place the frozen fruits on the yoghurt and sprinkle with a little grated coconut. Garnish with basil leaves.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with grated coconut and basil.

    TIPS

    The frozen fruits will give you the feeling that it is an ice cream.
