Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt, for blue jelly
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk, for blue jelly
  • 1/4 cups honey, for blue jelly
  • 3/4 cups milk, hot, for blue jelly
  • enough blue food color, turquoise, for blue jelly
  • 21 grams gelatin, hydrated, 3 sachets of 7g each
  • 2 cups milk, hot, for pink jelly
  • 1/4 cups red fruit jelly, for the pink jelly
  • 2 cups milk, hot, for yellow jelly
  • 1/4 cups vanilla jelly, for yellow jelly
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt, for green jelly
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk, for green jelly
  • 1/4 cups honey, for green jelly
  • 3/4 cups milk, hot, for green jelly
  • enough artificial food coloring, green, for green gelatin
  • 21 grams gelatin, hydrated, 3 sachets of 7g each
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt, for purple jelly
  • 1/2 cups coconut milk, for purple jelly
  • 1/4 cups honey, for purple jelly
  • 3/4 cups milk, hot, for purple jelly
  • enough artificial food coloring, purple, for purple jelly
  • 21 grams gelatin, hydrated, 3 sachets of 7g each
  • enough whipped cream, to decorate
  • enough edible sugar pearls, to decorate, colored (pink, white, silver and purple)

Preparation

For the turquoise blue gelatin, mix the plain yogurt together with the coconut milk, honey and hot milk. Add the turquoise blue dye for a pastel shade, pour in the hydrated gelatin, and incorporate. Reservation.
For red gelatin, dilute red berry gelatin in hot milk for a pastel shade. Reservation. Repeat the process for the yellow gelatin.
For the green and purple gelatin, repeat the first step and reserve.
Pour a little of the turquoise mixture over a gelatin glass to form a layer, refrigerate for 15 minutes or until set.
Once the layer is firm, pour the pink gelatin to form a second layer, refrigerate for 15 min or until it sets and repeat the process with the rest of the colors: yellow, green and purple.
Serve the glasses decorated with whipped cream and colored sugar pearls.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with whipping cream and colored spheres.

TIPS

Let each layer curdle enough so that when you pour each color, they do not mix.
