Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • 1 piece of egg yolk
  • 4 cups of blueberry
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence
  • 2 1/2 spoonfuls of unflavored gelatin
  • 2 spoonfuls of Water cool
  • 6 pieces of egg yolk
  • 2 cups of raspberry

    Preparation

    Place the flour in a large bowl, add the sugar and mix well. With your hands add the egg yolk and the butter bar and mix well until you get a light dough.
    Grease a refractory to make cake and place the dough, with your hands press until you cover the entire bottom and sides of the refractory. Cool the dough for 30 minutes (covered with egapak) or up to 3 days.
    Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and bake the base of the cake until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Allow to cool before filling.
    To make the cream divide the blueberries to make the most beautiful to decorate after the cake with raspberries.
    Heat the milk and vanilla in a saucepan over medium heat until it starts to boil. Remove from the fire.
    In a dish mix the gelatin and water and let it dissolve.
    In another bowl beat the egg yolks and 2/3 cup of sugar. Add the milk and continue beating. Return to the pot and cook over medium heat until it is somewhat thick. Continue beating.
    Remove one cup of the milk mixture and mix with the gelatin until dissolved. Then mix all the milk and add the blueberries. Pour over the cake.
    Let it cool and just before it gets cold completely decorate with blueberries and raspberries.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
