Try this recipe for red fruit cake that looks perfect with coffee or tea.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 teaspoon flour
  • 2 cups fresh berries, frozen
  • 1 teaspoon royal baking powder

Preparation

Put the butter in the blender with the sugar to add.
Add the egg, the royal, the vanilla, the milk and the 2 cups of flour.
In a bowl mix the red fruits with the teaspoon of flour.
Add the red fruits to the mixture and mix carefully.
Pour the mixture into a previously greased mold.
Bake at 180ºC for about 50 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
