Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup Great Value® wheat crackers
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 2 tablespoons Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 1 cup strawberry
  • 1 cup raspberry
  • 1 cup Great Value® Refined Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cardamom
  • 1 star anise
  • 2 packages cream cheese
  • 1 1/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 21 grams gelatin, hydrated

Preparation

Crush the cookies, until they are dust. Add the matequilla, add the sugar and mix until incorporated.
For the marmalade place in a saucepan over low heat the raspberries, the strawberries add the sugar, the cardamom and the anise. Let cook, until you get a thick jam. Let cool and reserve.
For the filling beat the cream cheese, add the condensed milk, the lemon juice, the vanilla essence, pour little by little the grenetine in the form of thread to integrate.
In a vintage bottle place a little of the biscuit base, add the previous mixture until filling 3/4 the glass, refrigerate for 30 min.
