Preparation
Grind the red fruits in the blender with a little water or white wine.
Put on a medium heat the cream to beat, after 5 minutes, empty the mixture of red fruits together with the icing sugar also 50 grams of white chocolate and another 50 grams of milk chocolate, go beating little by little until it thickens and everything This well mixed, put it on the fire and let cool at room temperature 10 minutes and then in the refrigerator 5 minutes.
While the mixture cools, heat the 3 chocolates by microwave, this technique is done one by one in a plastic or glass container, leave in the micro for 40 seconds, remove and beat with a cuhcara, then put it back 30 seconds, remove and beat, repeat until the chocolate is melted, usually 2 times.
Go introducing the dark chocolate or molds, basting in a bowl the top, then let cool, if you want you can put the mold or molds in the fridge for a moment, take out the red fruit mixture and with a sleeve or a spoon go placing the mix inside the mold and with chocolate, cover the chocolates with dark chocolate and remove the top.
Allow to cool and remove them from the molds.
Repeat the process until the ingredients are finished.
