Preparation
Cook the rice over medium heat in a large saucepan with water and cinnamon stick for about 20 minutes.
Add the grated zest, Santa Clara® whole milk and condensed milk, let it cook until the liquids are reduced and thicken. It cools very well.
With the help of your hands form rice balls, refrigerate for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the corn flour, the flour, the whole Santa Clara® Milk, the cinnamon and mix until it is integrated.
Dip the rice balls in the previous preparation and fry in hot oil. Drain on absorbent paper.
Serve immediately, accompany with more cinnamon.
