Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 cups of Maria cookie milled or ground, for the base
  • 1/4 of Cup of Butter without molten salt, for the base
  • 3 spoonfuls of ground cinnamon for the base
  • 1 Cup of rice soaked with hot water
  • 2 cups of whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of evaporated milk
  • 1/2 Cup of condensed milk
  • 2 rajas of cinnamon
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of natural gelatin hydrated
  • 1 raja of cinnamon
  • to taste of ground cinnamon to decorate

    Preparation

    Add the biscuit with the butter to a bowl, mix until you get a firm and firm batter. Add to a mold and flatten to form a uniform base. Press the base with a spoon perfectly well. Refrigerate the mold for an hour so that the butter hardens. Reservation.
    Heat a pot with white rice, whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, vanilla essence and sugar. Cook for 40 minutes or until the rice is soft. Remove the preparation.
    Add the preparation to the blender with the hydrated gelatin, liquefy perfectly well. Reservation.
    Remove the cooling base and add the blender mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the cake sets.
    Remove from cooling, serve and decorate with cinnamon powder the desired shape.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve a slice of the cake with a cinnamon stick.

    TIPS

    You can add raisins to make it even more typical. You can also replace the vanilla pod with vanilla essence.
