Ingredients

10 portions
  • 2 cups Marie biscuit, milled or ground, for the base
  • 1/4 cups butter, without molten salt, for the base
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon powder, for the base
  • 1 cup rice, soaked with hot water
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups condensed milk
  • 2 rajas cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon natural unflavored gelatin, hydrated
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • to taste cinnamon powder, to decorate

Preparation

Add the biscuit with the butter to a bowl, mix until you get a firm and firm batter. Add to a mold and flatten to form a uniform base. Press the base with a spoon perfectly well. Refrigerate the mold for an hour so that the butter hardens. Reservation.
Heat a pot with white rice, whole milk, evaporated milk, condensed milk, cinnamon, vanilla essence and sugar. Cook for 40 minutes or until the rice is soft. Remove the preparation.
Add the preparation to the blender with the hydrated gelatin, liquefy perfectly well. Reservation.
Remove the cooling base and add the blender mixture. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the cake sets.
Remove from cooling, serve and decorate with cinnamon powder the desired shape.

PRESENTATION

Serve a slice of the cake with a cinnamon stick.

TIPS

You can add raisins to make it even more typical. You can also replace the vanilla pod with vanilla essence.

Lo hice tal cual su recetario y con tanta azúcar y lechera se hizo un cagadero no se puede licuar la mezcla la única forma de arreglarlo fue agregando un litro de leche. Mejor hagan el arroz tradicional y licuen con la grenetina
