Prepare this healthy Lactose-Free Milk Rice Flan, an innovative recipe for traditional rice pudding. This dessert is made with milk without lactose, so it is ideal for people intolerant to it.   • 1 liter of AdeS® Soya drink for the rice with milk
  • 1 1/2 cups of rice for the rice with milk
  • 1 raja of cinnamon for the rice with milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence for the rice with milk
  • 1 piece of yellow lemon for the rice with milk
  • 1 Cup of refined sugar
  • 4 pieces of egg for the flan
  • 2 cups of AdeS® Soya drink for the flan
  • 1 Cup of sugar for the flan
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence for the flan
  • enough of raspberry to decorate
  • enough of mint to decorate
  • enough of almond filleted, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (356F)
    For rice pudding, heat the AdeS® Soya with rice, cinnamon, vanilla essence and zest. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked. Let cool and reserve.
    For the custard, heat the sugar over medium heat to obtain a caramel, pour into individual molds or in a flan mold of 20 cm in diameter. Let it dry
    Blend the egg with AdeS® Soya, the sugar, the vanilla essence and the rice with milk until a very smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
    Pour into the molds with caramel and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in a bain-marie until they are done, or about 40 minutes.
    Remove from the oven, cool and unmold. Refrigerate before serving and decorate with raspberries, mint and almonds.

    On a plate, decorated with raspberries and mint.

    TIPS

    Let the rice with milk cool very well, otherwise it could affect your flan mixture. When you cook your candy, do not move it too much to prevent it from crystallizing.
