This is a rich and traditional Mexican dessert. The rice with milk will love you because its rich consistency and cinnamon flavor will enchant all your senses, prepare them.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 3 cups rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/4 cups raisin
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • cinnamon powder, to decorate

Preparation

Place the rice in a previously rinsed pot and add water so that when you put your index finger touch the rice and the water reaches the first line of your finger.
Add cinnamon and vanilla.
Raise the flame to the maximum until it starts to boil; at that time lower the flame to the minimum until the rice is soft.
Add condensed milk and evaporated milk. Mix with enveloping movements so that the rice does not break and whisk. Add the raisins and integrate.

PRESENTATION

Finally place it in a bowl and decorate with a handful of raisins and cinnamon powder.

TIPS

You can substitute the raisins for blueberries.
