Preparation
The rice is washed and cooked in 3 cups of fresh milk and orange peel.
Once the rice is cooked, add sugar and evaporated milk, boil for a few more minutes and add the jam.
You remove the orange peel, stir everything carefully so that the rice does not fall apart.
It is emptied into a glass, covered with cocoa and decorated. It is served cold.
