This chocolate dessert is very rich and has a beautiful presentation.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 6 eggs
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 tablespoons powder chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 3 cups cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet

Preparation

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until nougat.
Mix the yolks, the sugar, the vanilla and the chocolate. Then add the mixture to the whites with an engaging movement.
Grease a medium tray with vegetable spray and put a waxed paper and grease it with vegetable spray. Pour the mixture on waxed paper.
Bake at 180 ° C for 15-20 minutes, or until firm.
Once cooked it is removed from the oven and turned into a damp cloth. The waxed paper is carefully removed without breaking the cake and rolled immediately so that it takes the form of a roll. Let cool.
When the cake is cold the cake is unrolled and spread with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream or cajeta and rolled again using the rag as a guide. It is ready to be served!

PRESENTATION

It can be decorated with some cherry wrapped on top of the cake.

TIPS

This dessert contains no flour and is gluten free. If you use ice cream it is necessary to freeze the dessert after preparing it.
