Preparation
Heat the oven to 200ºC.
Spray the tray with vegetable oil to spray cooking.
Remove it with waxed paper and spray again.
Spread flour, cocoa and baking powder together.
In a small bowl, beat the eggs, granulated sugar and vanilla until they turn pale, approx. for 5 minutes.
Cover with the cocoa mixture; Spread the dough in the prepared pan.
Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until touching the center, it returns to its original shape.
Invert the cake on a clean towel and remove the waxed paper.
Roll the cake by helping with the towel, until you reach the shortest end.
Allow to cool well on a wire rack.
Unroll the cake; Spread the frozen yogurt.
Roll the cake again.
Cover and freeze until firm.
Sprinkle the surface with icing sugar, if desired.
