Ingredients

14 portions
  • 1 1/2 cups butter, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups refined sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 3/4 cups eggnog
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 3 cups flour, sifted
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, for eggnog frosting
  • 1/8 cups eggnog, for eggnog frosting
  • 1 cup chocolate, molten

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Mix in the blender butter with sugar, add the eggs one by one, vanilla essence, eggnog, milk, add flour, baking powder and salt until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Place the mixture in a greased and floured mold, bake for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, cool and place in a rack.
In a bowl mix the ingredients of the eggnog glaze, bathe the pancake with the glaze and let it dry.
Decorate with chocolate and let dry, serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Place one layer of eggnog frosting and another layer of chocolate lined.

TIPS

When the eggnog frosting is dry, your pancake is ready for you to add chocolate glaze.
