Ingredients

12 portions
  • 250 grams bittersweet chocolate
  • 100 grams butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 6 egg whites
  • 60 grams sugar
  • 200 milliliters whipped cream

Preparation

Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
Let the chocolate cool a little but keep the liquid and add the yolks.
Apart beat the egg whites with the snow and add to the chocolate with a spatula in an enveloping form.
Beat until the cream is added and add it to the chocolate.

PRESENTATION

It can be decorated with strawberries and caramel.
