Ingredients

  • 250 grams of bittersweet chocolate
  • 100 grams of Butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 6 egg whites
  • 60 grams of sugar
  • 200 milliliters of whipped cream

    Preparation

    Let the chocolate cool a little but keep the liquid and add the yolks.
