Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cans of milk cream (295 gr)
  • 6 teaspoons of unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence white
  • 1 stick of chocolate melted (100 gr)

    Preparation

    In a medium cup pour the cream and sprinkle the gelatin. Let stand for one minute until the gelatine softens.
    In a medium saucepan over medium heat, heat the milk with the condensed milk and mix well with a hand mixer. Add the vanilla essence and stir for a minute. Remove from heat and add the mixture of cream and gelatin, stirring very well to avoid lumps forming and getting incorporated. Pour the mixture into eight molds or cups and take to the refrigerator until set.
    To unmold the custards, pass a thin knife around the edges of each cup and submerge the bottom of each bowl in warm water for six seconds. Put a plate on the glass and turn quickly with a sure movement. Repeat the procedure with the rest of the custards. Pour the melted chocolate into a small bag and cut one end very carefully. To decorate, paint on top of each flan. You can also complete the decoration with pieces of gelatin of different colors (orange, purple or green).
