This day of the dead you have to prepare these incredible apples covered with white chocolate, full of color with its spectacular sugar skull decoration. Let your imagination fly and create amazing apples.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 lemon, just the juice
  • 6 wood sticks
  • 6 apples
  • 1 cup White chocolate, melted
  • enough chocolate, colored, melted for garnish

Preparation

Soak the tips of the wood sticks in lemon juice and push a stick in the middle of each apple.
Cover the apples with white chocolate removing the excess. Let them dry.
Decorate the apples with candy melts as preferred. Let dry and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with a bow.

TIPS

If the colored chocolate dries very quickly, add a few drops of vegetable oil when melting, to lighten the consistency.
