Ingredients

  • 300 grams piloncillo
  • 1/2 cups chilli powder, tajín
  • 1/2 cups liquid chamoy
  • 1/2 cups chamoy, in powder, Miguelito
  • 1/4 cups spicy sauce, like valentina or huichol
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • 200 grams Churrito, spicy
  • 400 grams Cazares
  • enough lemon
  • enough chilli powder
  • enough liquid chamoy

Preparation

Heat the piloncillo with chili powder in a saucepan over medium heat, the liquid and powdered chamoy, the hot sauce and the lemon juice until you get a thick caramel.
In a bowl mix the churritos with the hot corn chips (cázares), add the caramel and mix very well. Pour the preparation into a previously greased and compact ring mold. Let it dry
When the ring is dry, invert from mold and serve with lemon, chili powder and liquid chamoy.

PRESENTATION

Serve with lemon, chili powder and chamoy.
