Ingredients

  • 300 grams of piloncillo
  • 1/2 Cup of chilli powder tajín
  • 1/2 Cup of liquid chamoy
  • 1/2 Cup of chamoy in powder, Miguelito
  • 1/4 of Cup of spicy sauce like valentina or huichol
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 200 grams of Churrito spicy
  • 400 grams of Cazares
  • enough of green lemon
  • enough of chilli powder
  • enough of liquid chamoy

    Preparation

    Heat the piloncillo with chili powder in a saucepan over medium heat, the liquid and powdered chamoy, the hot sauce and the lemon juice until you get a thick caramel.
    In a bowl mix the churritos with the hot corn chips (cázares), add the caramel and mix very well. Pour the preparation into a previously greased and compact ring mold. Let it dry
    When the ring is dry, invert from mold and serve with lemon, chili powder and liquid chamoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with lemon, chili powder and chamoy.

    TIPS
