This recipe for fritters is perfect. A light mixture with the perfect texture to prepare this traditional Mexican dessert. They are very crunchy and are rolled in sugar, ideal for any occasion.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 liter oil, to fry
  • 1 cup sugar, to decorate
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar, the room, the baking powder, the vanilla, the water, the oil and the eggs.
Add the milk little by little and beat with the help of a balloon whisk until you obtain a homogeneous mixture without lumps. Reservation.
Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Put the mold for fritters and heat very well. Drain the excess oil.
Put the mold in the mixture without covering too much, the mixture should not exceed the edge of the mold, and quickly insert the oil leaving the donut to fall alone.
Fry the fritters until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with sugar.

TIPS

It is important that before putting the mold into the mixture, heat it in hot oil.

Quedan riquísimos, yo agregué más vainilla y sabían muy bien. Pueden decorar con azúcar y canela o chocolate a mi familia les encantaron.
