Ingredients

10 servings
  • 2 envelopes of natural gelatin
  • 1/2 Cup of Water
  • 2 cups of Strawberry
  • 2 cups of natural yoghurt or light
  • 1/3 of Cup of sugar only if the yogurt is unsweetened
  • strawberries to decorate the cups

    Preparation

    Hydrate the gelatin in 1/2 cup of cold water for 10 minutes.
    Then heat the gelatin slightly and strain.
    Blend strawberries, yogurt, sugar and gelatin.
    Slice 2-3 strawberries in half and place in little cups, then pour the mixture into the cups.
    Refrigerate until set and serve. (2-3 hours)

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on small dessert cups and you can accompany them with a strawberry sauce, just liquefy 2 cups of strawberries and place in a saucer dish.

    TIPS

    This recipe is very quick to prepare but it takes 2-3 hours minimum for the gelatin to set.
