Because we love strawberries with cream as much as you have created a cake that is very easy to prepare, try this excellent recipe, which besides being quick is ideal to enjoy with your family. You'll love it!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 380 grams cream cheese, (2 packages)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cups condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 cups strawberry, disinfected and cut into squares
  • 2 cups cookie
  • to taste strawberry, halved (to decorate)

Preparation

Beat cream cheese, sour cream, condensed milk and vanilla essence for 7 minutes.
Place a layer of cookies on a refractory, add a little of the previous preparation, add the strawberries, repeat the procedure until the refractory is filled.
Finally, cover with cream and decorate with strawberries.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.

PRESENTATION

On a dessert plate accompanied by a cup of coffee.

TIPS

Dry the strawberries very well with absorbent paper otherwise the cream will get wet.
