Ingredients

12 portions
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 20 Marie biscuits
  • 1/4 cups refined sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoons salt
  • 5 packages cream cheese, (pie filling)
  • 1 1/2 cups refined sugar, (pie filling)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest, (pie filling)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice, (pie filling)
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt, (pie filling)
  • 4 eggs, (pie filling)
  • 1 cup sour cream, (pie filling)
  • 2 cups strawberry jam, (cake topper)
  • 2 cups strawberry, fresh

Preparation

Start by making the base of the cake. Prepare a 22cm round baking dish with butter. Process the cookies in a food processor. Add the melted butter, sugar and salt to the processor and combine. With your hands, place the base in the baking dish and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
Now prepare the filling. In an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until very fluffy. Add the sugar little by little and continue beating. Add the lemon and salt and continue beating. Add the eggs, one by one, and continue beating. Finish by adding the sour cream and beat until you have a smooth filling.
Pour your cheesecake filling into the base of the cake and bake for approximately 1:45 hours.
Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to cool completely before decorating.
Cut the strawberries into thin slices.
Finish by decorating the cake by first layering a thin layer of the strawberry jam and then placing the sliced strawberries over the entire cake.

PRESENTATION

Place the cake on a large plate and serve with a cup of coffee or milk.

TIPS

Place a baking dish with water on a lower rack in the oven so your cake does not break.

La cheesecake es una de mis recetas preferidas, es muy fácil de hacer y muy deliciosa, lo recomiendo un montón!! En mi caso he sustituido la crema ácida por yogurt Griego, esto le otorga una consistencia cremosa y un sabor único
