Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup strawberry
  • 1/4 cups apple juice, natural without added sugar
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese, reduced in fat
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 1/4 cups Maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup strawberry, slices to decorate
  • 4 leaves peppermint, to decorate
  • 4 edible flowers, Thinking or Nasturtium

Preparation

For the sauce with a blender make a puree with strawberries and apple juice until smooth.
Separate the puree in 4 equal parts using cocktail glasses.
In a food processor or blender combine the ricotta cheese, the lemon zest, the maple syrup, the vanilla extract and the cinnamon. Process until smooth approximately 30 seconds.
Separate the ricotta mixture equivalently in the 4 glasses. Put the sliced ​​strawberries on top of the mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.

PRESENTATION

Decorate before serving with the mint leaves and an edible flower of your choice.
