These rich tartlets are very easy and quick to make and it is only necessary to refrigerate them 3 hours before serving. The filling is made with cream cheese and mascarpone cheese.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 cookie tartlets, pre-made
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mascarpone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 1/3 cups Strawberry jam
  • 1 1/2 cups strawberry, cut into quarters

Preparation

In a bowl, mix the sugar, mascarpone cheese, vanilla and cream cheese with a balloon whisk until the mixture is fluffy and even.
Fill the tartlets with the cheese mixture.
In another bowl beat the strawberry jam and add the strawberries, mix.
With a spoon place 1-2 tablespoons of the strawberry mixture on the tartlets and refrigate for 3 hours before serving.

PRESENTATION

You can decorate the tartlets with mint leaves.
