Preparation
In a bowl, mix the sugar, mascarpone cheese, vanilla and cream cheese with a balloon whisk until the mixture is fluffy and even.
Fill the tartlets with the cheese mixture.
In another bowl beat the strawberry jam and add the strawberries, mix.
With a spoon place 1-2 tablespoons of the strawberry mixture on the tartlets and refrigate for 3 hours before serving.
