Strawberry Yoghurt with Tapioca and Pistaches

This strawberry yogurt recipe with tapioca is delicious because it has the rich tapioca pearlitas cooked with milk and cinnamon and mixed with a creamy strawberry yoghurt, and to give a touch of crunchy bits of pistachios.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of milk light
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar optional
  • 1/2 Cup of tapioca
  • 4 pieces of Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 4 teaspoons of pistachio chopped
  • 4 pieces of Strawberry cut in 4

    Preparation

    In a pot over medium heat heat the milk with vanilla and sugar without letting it boil. Add the tapioca and let it hydrate covered, moving from time to time, until smooth. Chill
    Place a little tapioca in a glass and cover with Oikos® strawberry yoghurt.
    Decorate with pistachios and strawberries.

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate with chopped pistachios and strawberry quarters.

    TIPS

    Take care to constantly move the tapioca.
