Preparation
In a pot over medium heat heat the milk with vanilla and sugar without letting it boil. Add the tapioca and let it hydrate covered, moving from time to time, until smooth. Chill
Place a little tapioca in a glass and cover with Oikos® strawberry yoghurt.
Decorate with pistachios and strawberries.
