Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a deep pan, melt the butter and add the pears and sugar. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add the lemon juice and spices and cook for 5 more minutes. Add the nuts and raisins, add and let the liquid evaporate. Chill and reserve.
Spread the pastry dough with a rolling pin and a little flour 1 cm thick.
Add the pear filling without reaching the edges, and roll up the dough. Stick and varnish with egg.
Bake for 30 minutes or until the dough is cooked and browned. Remove from the oven, cool and decorate with icing sugar.
