Stuffed Bananas, Cutlery of Churros

If you like stuffed churros, this original and delicious dessert of plantains wrapped in fried churros covered in sugar with cinnamon, stuffed with peanut butter, dulce de leche and hazelnut cream, is delicious. Of course, do not forget to accompany it with a little whipped cream.

Ingredients

18 servings
  • 1 2/3 cups of Water
  • 2 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • 6 pieces of banana cut in 3 and frozen
  • enough of oil to fry
  • 1/4 of Cup of dulce de leche (caramel)
  • 1/4 of Cup of peanut butter
  • 1/4 of Cup of Hazelnut cream
  • 1 Cup of refined sugar
  • 3 spoonfuls of ground cinnamon
  • 1 liter of whipped cream
  • enough of liquid chocolate

    Preparation

    Heat a pot with the water until it reaches a boiling point, add the flour at once, together with the salt and the yeast. Mix until it forms a little cake that does not stick in the pot or on your fingers.
    With the help of a blender whisk until the dough is cooled. Add the eggs one by one until you get a softer dough. Fill a sleeve with starry duya. Reservation.
    Insert the bananas on a stick, dough the previous preparation around the banana.
    Heat a pot with the oil and fry the bananas wrapped in churros in a deep pot, remove until well fried, remove the excess fat with an absorbent napkin.
    With the help of a small stick, cup the banana and fill with dulce de leche, peanut butter or hazelnut cream.
    Serve and bathe with melted chocolate and serve with whipped cream.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the stuffed churro and accompany it with a little whipped cream chocolate and a glass of milk.

    TIPS

    The pasta of the churros has to be a little harder so that it does not fall off the banana when it is wrapped.
