Ingredients

6 portions
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 grams bitter chocolate
  • 100 milliliters whipping cream, (Lyncott)
  • 1/3 cups sugar
  • powdered sugar, or granillo to decorate

Preparation

Break the eggs at the top very carefully, breaking only a little. Take care that a small spoon fits through the hole. Reserve 4 eggs. Rub the shells and let dry.
In a saucepan, put 4 eggs, the cream to beat, the chocolate and the sugar and heat them to low fire moving constantly so that they do not stick.
When it starts to look like scrambled egg, turn off the fire.
Vacíalos carefully inside the shells until you leave them a chocolate copetito.
Decorate with icing sugar, colored granillo or whatever you have at hand, and serve.

PRESENTATION
