Ingredients

15 servings
  • 400 grams of unsalted butter soft
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon zest
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
  • 4.66 cups of flour
  • 6 spoonfuls of milk for the glaze
  • 1/2 kilo of powder sugar

    Preparation

    Put softened butter, lemon zest, sugar and salt in an electric mixer . Beat until fluffy. Add the egg and stir well.
    Add the flour little by little. Beat well so that everything is incorporated.
    Put the dough on egapack paper and wrap. Put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (180 centigrade). Put baking paper on 2 cookie sheets.
    Take out the cookie dough and take half. Flatten on a clean surface with a little flour. Knead until it has a mass of 0.6 cm
    Pass the mold to cut cookies by flour and cut the cookies you want. Arrange cut cookies in the trays with baking paper.
    Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
    Let cool in a rack before decorating.
    They can be decorated with a sugar glaze. To prepare it, take 6 tablespoons of milk and mix with 1/2 kilo of sugar. Separate in different parts and put drops of dye until you have the desired colors. Decorate the cookies with a dulla or a brush.
