Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 avocados, peeled and boneless.
  • 1/4 cups refined sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 lemon, to decorate, sliced

Preparation

Place the avocados in a food processor or blender; cover it Process until it is pureed. Add the lemon juice and sugar; top. Process until it is well mixed. (The mixture should have the consistency of yogurt).
