Have you ever imagined an avocado-based dessert? If not, you have to try this recipe, it is delicious and you will surely love it. Since the mashed avocado is added with a little sugar a little cream and lemon juice. Resulting in a creamy dessert with a unique flavor.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 4 avocados, peeled and boneless.
  • 1/4 cups refined sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 1 lemon, to decorate, sliced

Preparation

Place the avocados in a food processor or blender; cover it Process until it is pureed. Add the lemon juice and sugar; top. Process until it is well mixed. (The mixture should have the consistency of yogurt).
Add the sour cream, 1 tablespoon at a time, processing it until mixing well between each increase.
Pour the cream into eight individual dishes for dessert or on a large serving platter. Serve it immediately.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with slices of lime spread in very fine sugar, if desired.
