Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon margarine, melted

Preparation

In a deep bowl, mix milk, egg whites, flour and margarine and let stand for 30 minutes.
Heat a 20 cm (8 inches) nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Pour 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the pan and cover it completely.
Cook the crepe for 2 minutes and turnover and cook 1 minute on the other side
Repeat until you have used up all the crepe batter.

Le han quitado los ingredientes y el video no es de esta receta, la verdad está receta queda buenísima pero sin las cantidades no se puede hacer nada
