A rich and simple dessert to impress the family, these crepes of cajeta are my favorite, sprinkle chopped nuts on top of them for a better presentation.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 drizzle liquid vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cajeta - Mexican carmelized goat milk sweet
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 drizzle brandy
  • 50 grams walnut, finely chopped
  • butter

Preparation

Put in the blender, milk, egg, vanilla and flour. Grind all the ingredients.
In a small bowl, mix the cajeta, the milk and the brandy.
Chop the nut.
In a skillet for crepas, put the mixer on the blender and make the crepes. Turn it over and finally fold it into 4 parts so that it looks like a triangle.
Heat the cajeta mixture in a pan and spread them on top of the crepes. Finally add walnut.
