Ingredients

4 portions
  • 250 grams flour
  • 500 milliliters milk
  • 50 grams butter
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • jams, to taste
  • berries, to taste
  • whipped creams, to taste

Preparation

Add the flour to a blender glass, add the milk and sugar.

Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it sit for 30 minutes.
Grease your crepe or pan with a little melted butter, you can use a napkin to spread the butter.

Fill them with the jam that you like, add fruit and whipped cream.

PRESENTATION

Accompany them with fruit, especially with red fruits.

TIPS

If you have extra crepes, you can freeze them, just separate one from another with waxed paper.
