Preparation
The can is opened, the slices and juice are removed. The can is washed, dried and the drained slices are put back in.
The pineapple juice is strained and put to heat adding a little water and gelatin.
It empties into the can and goes to the refrigerator to set.
The pineapple slices are removed and cut.
Set one in each dish, garnish with cottage cheese and a cherry if you want.
