Ingredients

15 portions
  • 500 grams sugar
  • 270 grams almond
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 egg whites

Preparation

Soak the almonds in cold water, remove the peel and dry them.
Grind them in molcajete together with the egg white. Put the sugar on the fire with the water until it reaches a strand point. Add the ground almonds and continue moving until you see the bottom of the pot.
Remove from the heat and keep moving until it forms a paste, grind again and empty into molds.
Allow to cool, remove from the molds and wrap.
