Preparation
With these simple ingredients we already have half the work done, now we only need the step by step to prepare and shape the hearts.
The first thing we will do is melt the chocolates (white, bitter and milk separately) into the microwave, the idea is that it does not have any lumps. To do this and make the work easier, you should break them and place them in the microwave for at least 20 seconds, taking care not to burn the chocolate. Move every 20 seconds with a wooden spoon until they are completely melted.
Place them inside the molds, wait for them to cool a little and put them in the freezer until they are firm.
Unmold and decorate with melted white chocolate, cocoa or sparks.
