Preparation
Cover a refractory with aluminum foil. In a saucepan melt the chocolate and milk chocolate coating, stirring slowly until it is soft (it can melt in a bain-marie to prevent burning). Put on the refractory and set aside.
In another small pot, melt the vanilla caramel and the white chocolate (it can be a bain-marie) until smooth.
Pour the white chocolate mixture over the chocolate mixture in the refractory. Shake the refractory a little to obtain a uniform thickness.
Sprinkle the chocolate with the crushed mint sticks. Allow to cool for 30 minutes or until firm. Use aluminum foil to lift the refractory candy.
Break the candy into pieces and serve.
