Ingredients

1 serving
  • 1 liter of milk
  • 3 cups of sugar (700 grams)
  • 100 grams of Butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of vanilla extract
  • 2 spoonfuls of baking soda

    Preparation

    Pour the milk into the pot, add the sugar, butter and vanilla. Bring to high heat, beating constantly with wooden shovel.
    As soon as it begins to boil, add the baking soda while moving and once the consistency is getting thicker and you see the bottom of the pot when moving, remove from the heat.
    Do not stop moving and let warm until the hands withstand the heat of the mixture.
    To make the sweets, empty the pasta in a previously wet table to avoid sticking and mold the sweets to form balls.

    es muy lento hacer dulce de leche, si quieres un dulce de leche rico pon a cocinar un tarro de leche condensada, que el agua lo tape (unas dos horas a fuego lento), luego para hacer las bolitas agrega galletas bien molidas en la licuadora, quedan exquisitas!!

    el dulce de leche no sirve para hacer bolitas debes usar dulce de leche de reposteria,que es mucho mas espeso, y mezclarlo con galletitas dulces molidas y asi formarlas y luego rebosarlas con coco rallado o almendras molidas o simplemente con azucar glas

    No me salieron Lo intente dos veces, seguí la receta al pie de la letra y nada la  mezcla nunca espeso, solo tire mi dinero a la basura.
